Affirmations and Declarations

These are affirmations and declarations for those who need them - and though it is more geared towards women, men are welcome to download this as well. Though some of these declarations and affirmations might be obvious to those from younger generations, it could be beneficial to the older generations who weren't brought up with this sort of thing. 

It's about mental shifts - and that is something that might be a bit foreign to some of the older generation. I've learned a lot about the power of declarations and affirmations from the Christian community and the spiritual community. Feel free to use these as backgrounds or post on social media, there are three colour schemes, so if you want just basic (white with black text), or colour (light grey with two or three shades darker grey) - it is available to you.
